Fibromyalgia Workshop

Fibromyalgia is a chronic disorder that causes widespread pain and stiffness in the muscles, tendons and ligaments, along with fatigue and sleep disturbance. Headaches, abdominal pain and irregularity are also common. Current treatment options include medications, education, exercise programs and relaxation.
