Conveniently located just past the intersection of San Pablo and Beach Boulevard is our full-service San Pablo Outpatient Clinic. The front of the Memorial Healthcare Center building has a Brooks Rehabilitation sign, but our entrance is around the back of the parking lot. If you are coming from the North, go past the main entrance and the Kentucky Fried Chicken and take the second entrance. Turn left and you will see the Brooks Rehabilitation sign pictured below.
