Brooks Rehabilitation will be hosting its sixth annual Challenge Mile on Saturday, March 12 at 10 a.m. as part of the festivities surrounding the Gate River Run.
The Challenge Mile is not meant to be a competitive race, but rather a way for people of all ages and abilities to celebrate their personal accomplishments. You can walk it, jog it, wheel it, or run it! The walk will start and finish at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds downtown. Click here to see a map of the course and surrounding area.
The event is free for participants and volunteers. All participants must complete the Online Registration form prior to the morning of the event. If you are interested in volunteering please email Jen Guss at Jennifer.Guss@BrooksRehab.org by Monday, March 7.
Each participant will receive an event t-shirt and a medal for finishing. Packets can be picked up at Brooks prior to the event or by the starting line the morning of the event. There is no packet pick-up for this event at the Gate River Run Expo.
